Shipping and returns

It is possible to collect your order at Crystal Love.
Shipping / Delivery time
If you order before 4:00 PM, your order will usually ship the same business day. Sometimes it can take a few business days. You will receive an email with a track and trace code as soon as your order has been shipped. We usually ship with PostNL, and delivery usually takes one business day. Please note that PostNL does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. If there is a delay in shipping your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Postage costs
We charge the following shipping costs:
Orders worth €100 or more are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
The Netherlands
Standard parcel shipping €7.10 incl. Track and Trace.
Registered parcel shipping: €9.60 incl. Track and Trace.
Orders worth €100 or more are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
Packages will only be delivered to the specified shipping address.
Belgium
Standard parcel shipping €10.70 incl. Track and Trace.
Registered parcel shipping to Belgium: €10.70 Track and Trace.
For Belgium, a minimum order value of €100 applies for free shipping.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product. Your refund will be processed within 14 days.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to the online store. This fee is approximately €7.65 per package. Consult your local carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you return part of your order, you will be responsible for both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
Crystal Love ensures proper packaging and delivery of your ordered items. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please report this to us by email within 24 hours.
The images on the website may vary slightly in color. Complaints are not accepted based on this deviation.
