It is possible to collect your order at Crystal Love.

Shipping / Delivery time

We ship on fixed days: Mondays and Fridays . Orders will be shipped with the next available shipment .
After shipping you will receive a track & trace by email.

Carriers

• Netherlands & Belgium: PostNL (with track & trace)
  Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. PostNL does not deliver on Sundays ; Monday deliveries are limited.

• Other EU countries: DPD (with track & trace)
  Delivery usually takes 2–10 business days after dispatch (depending on country).

If there are any unexpected delays (e.g. due to busy periods/holidays), we will let you know as soon as possible.

The Netherlands

Standard parcel shipping €7.10 incl. Track and Trace.
Registered parcel shipping: €9.60 incl. Track and Trace.
Free shipping: for orders over €100.
Packages will only be delivered to the specified shipping address.

Belgium

Standard parcel shipping €9.75 incl. Track and Trace.
Registered parcel shipping: €10.70 incl. Track and Trace.
Free shipping: for orders over €100.
Packages will only be delivered to the specified shipping address.

EU (European Union)
Standard parcel shipping: country-specific rates – see table below . All shipments are shipped with Track & Trace.
Free shipping: for orders over €300 within the EU.

Delivery time: usually 2-10 working days after shipment (depending on the country).

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product. Your refund will be processed within 14 days.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs to the online store. These costs are approximately €7.65 per package. (Valid only for the Netherlands) For other countries, please consult your local carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you return part of your order, you will be responsible for both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

Crystal Love ensures proper packaging and delivery of your ordered items. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please report this to us by email within 24 hours.

The images on the website may vary slightly in color. Complaints are not accepted based on this deviation.
