Here's our explanation if you claimed items in a Crystal Love live sale via TikTok.

If you choose to pay for your claimed items, or if you opt for an open box for 1 month, your box will be online under the heading Live Sale.

If no payment is received after 24 hours for new customers, the items will be returned to inventory and you will be excluded from the next live sale.

If you choose an open box, enter the code "open box" as the discount code. This will free up shipping costs and keep the box for up to one month. Payment for the box must be made within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. Once your order ships, you'll also receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to easily track your package as it's en route to you.

Our current delivery time is 1-2 business days. This means you can expect your order within this timeframe. We strive to ship your items as quickly and efficiently as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase soon.
