1.1 What is the best and fastest way to contact you?
You can send us an email and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

2 Account
2.1 Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, that's possible. Enter your details and checkout as a guest. However, please note that you won't be able to enjoy the benefits of an account.

2.1 Is it necessary to create an account?
This is obviously better, as your details are stored in the customer database and it makes it easier to place orders on your own account.

2.2 My login account isn't working. What should I do?
Please contact us by email and we will resolve it for you.

3 Orders

3.1 Can I also collect my order?
Yes, that is possible by appointment.

3.2 What are the shipping costs?
For information about shipping costs, please refer to our separate page on Shipping & Returns.

3.3 Is my order insured?
Yes, we consciously ship with insured parcel post.

3.4 Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, once you place an order and it's confirmed and paid for, you'll receive a track & trace number. This allows you to follow the delivery process.

3.5 How long does it take to receive my products?
The delivery time is 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code for your package by email. PostNL usually delivers packages the next business day, except Sundays and Mondays. If, for any reason, your order needs more time to ship, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3.6 Can I return a product?
No, you can't return the product directly! Always contact us first before returning any products. You can do this by email.

3.7 Can I have an order wrapped?
Yes, that is possible. When completing your order, you have the option to add gift wrapping paper to your order.
Please indicate during the ordering process whether you want the paper to be sent loose or fully wrapped.
